About the design: Features a 1998 photograph by Jelena, who captured Noel as her muse for a school project documenting downtown life. At the time, Noel was a homeless street busker who had just completed a cross-country tour from Ottawa to Dawson City, Yukon, singing his songs on hundreds of street corners across Canada.

And here's the most inspiring part of the story. Noel has since published his memoir. 30 chapters of song-writing stories that date as far back as 1964. It's titled "LEFT UNREAD The Stories Behind the Songs of Noel Carol", and is now available in e-Book, Paperback, and Hard Cover.
