In 1998, while still homeless, Noel produced a six-night weekly series of live performances showcasing 14 indie artists besides himself. The result: Straight from the Streets Indy Arts Fest Live at the Stone Angel.
Featured artists include Joseph King, Steve Conrad, Armour Patrick Garland, Rey Morris, Matt Brennan, Mindy, Sylvain Dicaire, Danyk Amyot, Mike Moore, Al Fleury, Machine Gun Kelly (featuring Sean Riley), Hazel Figurine, Russ Lovat, Grayden Gardiner, Tanya Onysco, John Sperry, Ether (featuring Stu Brody, Susan Wheatley, Chris Giguere, Jason Simser, Brad Craig), John Bond, Graham Pilkington, Frank Easton, Jacques Charpentier, Paul McDonald, Robb Kerr, and Noel Carol.
Circumstances prevented the album from being produced—for 26 years. But Noel, being a man of his word, finally pulled it together in 2024.
